  • Responsibilities:
    • As Finance, HR and Administration Manager, you will be part of the management team and the main person in charge of managing the Finance, HR and Administration processes within the organization. As part of your responsibility you will review and optimize the company’s financial, HR and Administration performance in line with local regulations. You will start this challenging role with a 1-month training in the Group Company’s Financial department, with detailed training on the applicable accounting procedures and the ERP system (Kindgee K/3). You will follow-up with a 2-months on-the-job training guided by the company’s top management with focused assignments refining your understanding of the company’s financial analysis, controlling, budgetingm reporting requirements, Internal HR process and administration requirements.
    • After your 3-months Training Program your responsibilities will be as follows:
    • FINANCE:
    • Deliver insightful and comprehensively documented analysis on financial management to the management team, identifying opportunities to optimize cash-flow, tax duties, expenses, investments and risks in line with Chinese law.
    • Calibrate the company’s finance and accounting system (based on Kingdee K/3) to facilitate efficient, swift and diligent invoicing, cash-flow and cost control procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with financial and administrative processes required by local authorities.
    • Prepare periodic budgets, regularly review expenses and analyze revenue performance.
    • Highlight critical developments with respect to cash-flow and advise management on possible corrective actions.
    • Budget management, liaising with the company’s Accounting and Book-keeping on a daily basis to obtain required data and to implement corrective actions.
    • Other periodic reports and maintaining of accounts payable / receivable.
    • Prepare regular financial reports with detailed analysis.
    • Establish and maintain good relationships with banks, auditors, external advisers, regulatory bodies and public bureaus.
    • Human Resources:
    • Manage the Internal HR team including: Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Administration.
    • Coach and motivate your team members.
    • Administration:
    • Take charge in coordinating legal foundation and set-up of new entities within greater China.
    • Manage the administration team, provide efficient and strong support to all offices located in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing, Dalian, Tianjin and new offices, as central shared service center.
    • Other duties assigned by management.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor degree or above with major in accounting / finance / controlling
    • Have at least 5 years working experience in accounting / finance, HR and administration of enterprises.
    • Have experience in operating company budget system.
    • Have experience in cost control and cash flow analysis.
    • Professional accounting, HR and administration experience within an international service company or trading company.
    • Familiar with HR and Labor Regulations.
    • Work experience in an international environment is preferred.
    • Sound knowledge of book-keeping and accounting processes.
    • Knowledge of ERP systems.
    • Knowledge of local standard tax regulations.
    • Knowledge in cost controlling.
    • Knowledge in internal HR and Administration standard process.
    • Knowledge in accounting software (Kingdee) is preferred.
    • Good organizing and planning skills.
    • Good written and spoken communication skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sense of following working process and structures.
    • Fluent in written and spoken English.
    • CET 6 or above certificate holder.
    • Willing to work in Ningbo Hi-tech Park.
